Bought a used Herman Miller Mira, and had an issue with the cylinder a few days after purchase, they fixed it with no issue and gave me the option of trading for the same one, or letting them fix it for free. Great sales staff, very knowledgeable, this place is a diamond in the rough. Don't pay $1000, go here and get a used chair with a WARRANTY, and your back and wallet will thank you.
